This artwork is inspired by Greek folk art. The "Pair" has folk costumes with other elements such as birds and shapes around them. This artwork has been worked on porcelain, which has been coloured with acrylic paints and mixed media. This technique is my own inspiration, the moulded 3D porcelain on canvas and its painted coating. This art is part of a collection of folk artworks that I have made and present here. My inspiration for art goes beyond nature and the general context of our society, it takes a journey to the past and to the Greek culture. Unique item, signed original artwork.
